2. No advertisement that is overtly sexually oriented, illegal or offensive to the public will be accepted.

3. We make no representations as to a person's marital status or any other representation contained in any advertisers profiles or correspondence. Any references to marital status or other personal information has been provided by participants.

4. We reserve the right to edit personal ads text and/or photos.

5. We suggest caution in arranging meetings with strangers. People who place or respond to personal ads do so at their own risk.

6. Digital Net Productions, Inc. may at its sole discretion revise terms of use at any time.

Our Mission Statement: To provide a high quality, user friendly, transgender photo personals database as a resource for the tv/ts/tg community and to provide a means for sincere people to find friendship, support and/or romance online, where they might otherwise be unable to establish meaningful contacts.
